This 8-week series utilizes the principles of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine to reduce stress and cultivate balance.
The group will meet weekly to engage in mind-body techniques that can be immediately integrated into daily life.
The group will be educational, supportive, participatory, and structured.
Facilitated by Tom Jackson, LICSW, who has over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist.
Tom is a certified practitioner and faculty member with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine
He is especially dedicated to sharing his enthusiasm for meditation and other mind-body techniques that help to foster balance and well being.
